Senior Business Functional Analyst

The key objective of this role is to bridge the gap between the client’s needs and the technical delivery team and to help successfully deliver projects within this diverse and challenging space. The Functional Analyst will be heavily involved at all stages of the software delivery lifecycle from initial scoping and planning exercises through to the detailed analysis and collaboration with the IT team to deliver working software.
The role requires an enthusiastic, pragmatic
- starter who wants to solve problems by delivering quality and
- effective solutions through the employment of excellent business analysis techniques and functional domain knowledge.
WE`D LOVE YOU TO BRING
Broad experience (also practical) in requirements engineering for
- scale IT solutions as part of scrum teams (working directly with the engineers)
Broad experience (also practical) in detailing and creation of User Stories as well as concepts and specifications for agile delivery teams. Previous experience working as a Product Owner in agile teams is required, working in scaled agile environments is a plus
Good analytical and communication skills, strong independence and initiative, ability to work in agile delivery teams.
Knowledge of Retail Banking IT, esp. the core domain Frontends & Channels and Cloud Knowhow
Strong background in
- driven
Api’s, digital payment solutions with focus on: online platforms / APIs payment transactions (Fin
TS; SEPA, DTAZV, MTxxx; MT940, CAMT)
A passion for constantly learning in a constantly evolving web environment.
Fluent in spoken and written English, nice to have German at B1 level or higher.
