Are you an experienced Senior Cost Estimator with a strong background in the construction industry? Join our team and play a key role in delivering
- impact projects in Bucharest!

• Handling on ambitious building projects in building and turnkey construction considering economic and technical objectives in collaboration with the Management.

• Tendering and preparation of cost estimations on your own responsibility in collaboration with internal and external experts.

• Evaluation of tender documents and preparation of specific proposals and alternatives (Value Engineering).

• Presenting the offer in front of the Client together with the Management.

• Preparation and participation in award of contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.

• Transferring information from the tender process to the execution team.

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical education – Civil Engineer or Architect

• 3-5 years experience as a Cost Estimator in a similar position.

• Conceptual thinking, teamwork skills, cost awareness as well as structured mode of working.

• Very good computer skills and good command of computer applications in the construction business like MS-Office, AUTOCAD

• Ability to work with international calculation programs (ITWO); knowledge of local calculation program is an advantage.

• Fluent in English; German is an advantage, but not a requirement.
