We have an opportunity for a Senior Customer Experience Specialist here at Honeywell, Bucharest. You will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be responsible for providing
- notch customer support and resolving complex issues to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Your fluency in English and expertise in customer service will be instrumental in building strong relationships with our customers. This role requires day shifts, night shifts and weekend shifts. This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model.
