SENIOR CUSTOMER MARKETING SPECIALIST

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main focus :

• Responsibility for launch & promo plan development and implementation in the stores
• Manage the allocated budget per brand, while ensuring the implementation of the optimal promo calendar in the market
• Preparation of information and its delivery for run projects, forecast allocation
• Delivers initiatives’ descriptions, including the new product’s attributes and benefits for the final consumer
• Projects’ evaluation, market analyses, competition monitoring 
• Communication with the logistic/transportation providers for delivering POSM/furniture
• Responsibility for the allocation of all POSMs / furniture / inserts
• Update of monthly inserts for customized furniture and secondary placements for all retailers
• Preparation of furniture and materials for the POSs, price labels, images, posters, wobblers floor stands, hotspots etc.
• Ongoing portfolio update – launches, discontinuations, codes, prices, availability
• Conducting various analysis (promo activities, projects etc. )

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

• Min 2 years of professional experience in trade/ customer/ shopper marketing
• Analytical skills and problem solving, ability to translate conclusions into strategic plans
• Well-organized while working on different tasks and projects
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Responsible “own
  - drive it” attitude and strong team spirit
• Strong communication skills and strategic mindset
• Experience in Excel and Power
  Point is required
• Fluency in Romanian an very good knowledge of English (writing, speaking, reading)
