Context/ ROLE

Edenred Mobility is launching a digital transformation program to overhaul the experience of fleet managers, drivers and merchants. As part of this initiative, Edenred mobility is looking for a Senior Data Modeler/Analyst for the web application of the Fleet Manager Tribe.

Job Overview : As a Data Modeler/Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our program by leveraging your expertise in data analysis and modeling to derive actionable insights and support
- making processes. You will work closely with
- functional teams to understand data requirements, develop robust
- models, and provide strategic guidance on
- driven initiatives. The role requires experience in creating Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports to support the program's objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with various stakeholders to capture and define data requirements, prioritize deliverables, and ensure alignment with program goals.

Conduct a comprehensive analysis of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations relevant to the program objectives.

Develop and maintain complex data models (logical and physical) to support program and facilitate efficient data management.

Design and implement data validation procedures to ensure data integrity and quality throughout the program lifecycle.

Create visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate key findings and insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in data analysis and modeling, and proactively recommend innovative solutions to enhance program effectiveness.

Provide guidance and support to various team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Required skills & profile

A degree in Computer Science is preferred

Proven experience in data analysis, data modeling, and database management, preferably in
- scale programs or at an enterprise level.

Proficiency in SQL or other programming languages commonly used for data analysis and modeling.

Tooling: Experience of any data modeling tool, for example ERWIn or Embarcadero

Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or equivalent.

Nice to have: Experience with Azure or any other cloud platform

Strong understanding of data modeling techniques, such as
- relationship modeling, dimensional modeling, and data warehousing concepts.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.

Effective communication skills with the ability to present technical information to
- technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.

Strong
- solving abilities with a proactive and collaborative approach to working in a dynamic team environment.
