We are looking for a Senior Dev
Ops Engineer (all genders) with experience working with a heavily distributed and senior engineering group to join our IT Hub to support Dev
Ops and engineering projects across the Stillfront group.

Stillfront’s IT Hub is a
- disciplinary department, paving the road for the rest of the group by providing technological solutions and engineering guidance.

YOUR MISSION

• Lead the design and implementation of Dev
  Ops across IT Hub projects
• Lead by example best practices to team and game studios/franchises
• Contribute to player delight by reducing complexity and technical debt
• Identify and action opportunities to reduce cost
• Coordinate and collaborate with a talented network of engineers at each studio/franchise
• Be inquisitive about current Dev
  Ops strategies and eager to evaluate alternatives

YOUR BACKSTORY

• 5+ years of professional experience in Dev
  Ops with high interest in gaming
• Comfortable being a first responder to infrastructure issues
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Well-acquainted with AWS, but also experienced with GCP, Azure, and even
  - premise infrastructure
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and with common development tools and practices, including Python environments
• Hands-on experience building infrastructure from the ground up with Infrastructure-as-a-Service tools like Terraform or Pulumi
• Experience architecting and managing applications at scale using Kubernetes
• Experience with Git, with bonus points for experience converting codebases from competing version control systems into Git
• Passion for monitoring and logging with tools like Grafana and Kibana
• Eye for security and data privacy both from a policy perspective and practical engineering tooling
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
