We are currently seeking a Senior Dev
Ops Engineer to join our team at FME Romania. As a Senior Dev
Ops Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing sophisticated Cloud Architectures and implementing Dev
Ops principles to leverage the benefits of Cloud Technologies.

Your responsibilities will include

• Collaborating in
  - cultural teams for enterprise projects;
• Creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for applications running in the Cloud;
• Developing infrastructure as code solutions for automated deployment, log collection, and monitoring;
• Working closely with development teams, operations, monitoring, and other stakeholders to improve processes and implementation;
• Mentoring and guiding new colleagues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in AWS;
• A basic understanding of modern application architectures such as Bigdata and
  - services;
• Hands-on experience with scripting languages like Powershell, Python, and bash scripting;
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, such as Azure Dev
  Ops, Gitlab, and Git
  Hub Actions;
• Experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code solutions;
• Hands-on experience with container runtimes like Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift, and AWS ECS/EKS;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef;
• Knowledge of logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions such as Nagios, ELF/EFK stack, Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, and Thanos.
