In your new role you will:

• Lead Smart Power Design in Bucharest comprising of Digital Design and Analog Mixed Signal teams;
• Be responsible for
  - based design & innovation for 2 internal customers;
• Establish & maintain
  - functional relations to Concept Engineering, Verification;
• Represent the organization towards internal and external partners;
• Have substantial contribution in the site strategy, product and methodology roadmaps;
• Drive implementation of methods to improve development execution, quality and cost as part of the R&D KPIs.

• Master's degree in Electronics, Engineering, or a related field;
• 10+ years of experience as a Manager of large teams;
• Strong leadership skills, creative and strategic thinking;
• Deep understanding of design principles, methodologies, and best practices;
• Strong business acumen and ability to align design strategies with business objectives;
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and
  - solving skills;
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal;
• Good
  - solving skills.
