Our Performance Management application is aiming to provide a various range of reports to different stakeholders within International Private Bank Domain. Our solution is using a data warehouse and a BI tool to extract various reports and it targets to have multiple regional instances & a global instance using both
- prem and Google Cloud solutions.

Ops engineers to build the kind of global systems that will underpin and drive our global business. As a Dev
Ops engineer you will help us get there. Based in The Romania Excellence Centre, Bucharest - we are seeking experienced professionals who value teamwork, pioneering technology and innovation. People who want to take their careers to the next level of success. You are experienced to work in a dynamic environment, developing new applications and learning migration into Google Cloud.
Responsibilities include:
Member of the Application Team
Perform configuration management on
- production and production environments
Build, deploy activities on
- production and production environments
Support the Release Manager in preparing release notes, deployment instructions and
- books for production deployments
Being able to provide support for technical infrastructure components (middleware, databases, operating systems)
Involvement in the whole SDLC flow
Being able to contribute to problem and root cause analysis
Being able to contribute to continuous improvement of build, deploy and release processes
Being able to create knowledge base articles
We are looking for motivated candidates that have a track record of:
4 - 7 years of relevant work experience in IT;
Experience in a support, application administration or technical specialist role
Experience with supporting development teams in an agile, waterfall or hybrid environment
Good knowledge of application servers (Web
Logic server, Tomcat etc. )
Good knowledge of relational databases (Oracle)
Good knowledge of Linux (RHEL etc. ) and Unix (AIX, Solaris) distros
Experience with any continuous integration and continuous delivery tools (Team
City, Jenkins etc. )
Experience with any configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, etc. )
Good knowledge of any build tool (MVN, ANT, etc. )
Good knowledge of any version control system (GIT, SVN, etc. )
Experience with any scripting language (bash, powershell, etc. )
Experience with deployment, configuration and support of J2EE applications
Comfortable with collaboration, open communication and reaching across functional borders
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Experience using the Atlassian dev and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence)
Nice to have:
Experience in banking industry
Agile understanding
