About the project, we need power for

Today, 110, 000 people manage around 15 million properties with highly complex processes, but with paper and outdated technology.
​Property managers are still missing the key centerpiece to digitize their processes: a

- oriented, and
- friendly digital operating platform.

We set out to take on this challenge and reshape a stale industry by simplifying complex workflows and making the lives of property managers much easier. At the current state, we’ve already reached an important milestone in building an MVP and being live with pilot customers since the beginning of this year, but the journey to the envisaged summit of delivering a truly unique and innovative operating platform for our clients has just begun. As part of this journey, you will be able to solve problems for a large market and imprint your own handwriting onto the product, thereby making yourself a name in the B2B Saa
S space.

Tasks

We are looking for a Senior Front-end Engineer who can take on a main role in bringing our product to the next level.

You will be designing (Pages/Components/Application-Architecture), planning, implementing, and delivering new features and workflows.
In addition, you will actively drive technical direction in the Quality aspects of the Frontend such as performance, standardisation, design, and testability.

Contributing to changes of backend / APIs will be part of the job shall the situation require.

You will be taking a key role in collaborating with Developers and POs and Customer support to ensure continuous delivery of a
- quality product.

Besides feature delivery, activities will include:

⏩ R&D topics that require ingenious solutions: processing invoices/OCR; matching bank transactions to processes

⏩ Integrating new modules to speed up operations such as: Auth
framework/Auditing/etc.

Requirements

You shall bring:

✅ 8+ years of experience as a software engineer having
1. Proven Expertise and passion in building
- structured Enterprise React Frontends
2. Experience leading
- technical direction by example
✅ Fullstack development experience is a big plus - building backend and delivering
-
- end business features to production

✅ Passion for creating performant and reusable software components in a
- oriented architecture

✅ Coding best practices up your sleeves, can deliver on a personal level

and have proven record that you can develop the efficiency of the whole team

✅ Designing public grade REST APIs, writing structured documentation deciding on

component responsibilities are natural to you.

✅ Comfortable handling of CI/CD systems that you used to deliver past projects

✅ Have used BDD/TDD and can improve team practices that ensure
- quality output

✅ You are interested and passionate about making
- driven decisions and doing the necessary data analysis in this regard

✅ Passion to understand and challenge complex workflows and translate them into

functioning software

✅ You are fluent in English (cross-border team communication) and willing to work in an international team

Nice to have:

⏩ Previous experience working at a startup is a big plus

⏩ Know-how of Containers (Docker) and container orchestration (Kubernetes / Docker swarm)

⏩ Acted in the Role of Scrum
Master, improved development processes
