You're a passionate and skilled Senior Fullstack Developer ready to take on a technical leadership role in a
- paced,
- growth startup. You have a deep understanding of Firebase, GCP, and serverless architecture, and you're excited to use your expertise to build a globally impactful product. You thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy mentoring junior team members, and are driven to create
- centered technology solutions that make a difference.
Top 5 Objectives
- Lead Technical Development: Architect, develop, and deploy new features and enhancements for the Bible
Chat platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability. - Optimize Application Performance: Continuously monitor and improve the responsiveness, efficiency, and scalability of the Bible
Chat application across both frontend and backend systems. - Champion Serverless Architecture: Leverage your expertise in serverless architecture and cloud functions to optimize backend performance and maintain a
- effective infrastructure. - Streamline CI/CD Processes: Utilize your knowledge of Git flow and Dev
Ops practices to manage code integration, streamline CI/CD pipelines, and ensure smooth deployment processes. - Mentor and Collaborate: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and
- performing engineering culture.
Main Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy new features and functionalities using Firebase and GCP.
- Write and optimize cloud functions to enhance backend performance.
- Manage Firebase Hosting and Cloud Storage for optimal app performance.
- Monitor and improve application responsiveness, reliability, and scalability.
- Utilize GCP tools for infrastructure deployment, management, and monitoring.
- Manage Git flow for efficient collaboration and version control.
- Collaborate with frontend, design, and product teams to align technical implementations with product goals.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer.
- Strong expertise in Firebase (Realtime Database, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions) and GCP.
- Proven experience in performance optimization and serverless architecture.
- Proficiency in Git flow and Dev
Ops practices. - Experience with pipelines, CI/CD, and Dev
Ops tools. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
