Senior Functional SAP MM/WMS Consultant

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Functional SAP MM/WMS Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate must have extensive expertise in SAP MM (Materials Management) and WMS (Warehouse Management System) modules, with a proven track record in full
- cycle SAP implementation projects, including transitions to SAP S4. Additionally, experience in SAP Ariba implementation is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in a minimum of five (5) full
  - cycle SAP implementation projects, serving as a consultant for the SAP MM/WMS modules, with at least one (1) project involving a transition to SAP S4.
• Lead and support SAP MM/WMS solution analysis, design, configuration, and implementation in line with business requirements.
• Perform unit and integrated testing, ensuring solution accuracy and stability.
• Conduct cut-over planning,
  - live support, and
  -
  - live stabilization.
• Engage in stakeholder consultations, gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into SAP functionalities.
• Ensure SAP implementation methodology compliance (ASAP or Activate).
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams, providing guidance and best practices.
• Maintain thorough documentation of configuration, testing, and implementation processes.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Extensive experience in SAP MM/WMS implementations.
• Proven track record in at least five (5) full
  - cycle SAP projects, with each meeting the following criteria:
  • Minimum 100
    - days (MDs) of effort per project.
  • Full involvement in analysis, design, realization (configuration, functional and technical specifications), testing (unit/integration),
    - over,
    - live, and
    -
    - live stabilization.
• Minimum two (2) SAP Ariba implementation projects completed in a productive environment.
• Experience in projects where SAP MM/WMS solutions were successfully integrated and deployed in production environments.
• Compliance with SAP implementation methodologies (ASAP or Activate).
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into SAP solutions.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and collaborate with different stakeholders.
• Fluent in Romanian language (C1 or C2 level). Non-native speakers must provide a recognized Romanian language certification (CEFR standard) covering speaking, writing, and comprehension.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA migration projects.
• Understanding of SAP Ariba procurement solutions.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.
• Ability to mentor and provide knowledge transfer to junior consultants.

Language Requirement:

• All members of the consulting team, including the Project Manager, must be fluent in Romanian.
• Non-native Romanian speakers must present a recognized language proficiency certificate (C1 or C2) according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), covering speaking, writing, and comprehension.
