You understand what makes a great
- based game: engaging mechanics, fair competition, and a strong feedback loop. In this role, you’ll work closely with product, development, and art teams to bring these elements together, balancing creativity with
- driven decisions.

You’ll have the freedom to experiment, iterate, and shape Playnetic’s approach to competitive
- money gaming.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As our Senior Game Designer, you’ll turn our vision into reality, designing game features and mechanics that engage and excite players. Reporting to the Head of Product, you’ll be responsible for architecting game systems, defining mechanics, and ensuring every decision is backed by data and player insight.

• Design & Define: Create clear, detailed documentation, wireframes, and game system designs.
• Balance Creativity & Data: Use analytics to inform decisions—your solutions should be backed by numbers, not just gut feelings.
• Own the Player Experience: Put the player first in all design choices, ensuring fun, intuitive, and competitive gameplay.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Work with
  - functional teams, including artists, engineers, and product managers, to refine and improve game concepts.
• Stay Ahead of the Game: Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitor games, and emerging opportunities in
  - based gaming.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven experience as a Senior Game Designer (F2P, mobile,
  - based games, or i
  Gaming preferred).
• Hands-on concept creation experience—you’ve built game concepts from scratch and taken them to
  - production.
• Strong market knowledge, particularly in monetization, casual gaming, and
  - based games.
• A
  - driven mindset—you know how to interpret analytics and adjust designs accordingly.
• Excellent collaboration skills—you can brainstorm with
  - functional teams and clearly communicate your vision.
• Autonomy & leadership potential—this role is highly
  - directed, and there's an opportunity to step into a leadership role as the team grows.
