Senior Implementation Project Manager
The Senior Implementation Project Manager is instrumental for the Forvis Mazars Global Payroll SL.
The PM is responsible for the successful onboarding of the multi-country payroll in strategic client engagements.
This role will be directly client facing, with the PM being the central point of contact for the client executive team, managing all Forvis Mazars teams’ delivery across the geographies in scope.
The Senior Implementation Project Manager is part of the Forvis Mazars Group - Global Payroll team and will also have responsibilities in relation to the implementation of several internal projects in relation to the global payroll strategy. It will act as a point of contact for best practices in payroll, in Forvis Mazars.
Objectives:
- Outstanding client relationship skills by being the main point of contact for strategic clients as part of our managed services.
- Management of the relation with all Forvis Mazars offices as part of the payroll delivery and implementation.
- Participate and support for the global payroll offering during business development stages.
- Working closely with the technical teams for the proper definition of the technology architectures for the clients.
- Ensure proper hand over from the implementation to coordination (if applicable).
What will you do:
- Develop, master and monitor the implementation project plan. Regular project reporting.
- Organize and lead the implementation with all related parties (client and Forvis Mazars).
- Be a main point of escalation for the client but also for the Forvis Mazars offices.
- Ensure the existent methodology is used but also taken to the next level.
- Participate as required in the business development phase and be actively involved in planning and contracting.
- Report on KPIs/ SLAs both external and internal.
- Be a liaison and best practice owner for the technical team.
- Specific focus on French payroll might be required.
What we need from you:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in international payroll. Hands on experience working with French payroll.
- Required exposure to international client facing roles
- Excellent level of communication skills
- Proficient in French and English. (Fluency for both is required)
- Education: University degree
- Self-motivation, optimism and can-do attitude are a MUST-HAVE
