OS development, including Swift

1. Lead i
   OS Development: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the i
   OS development team, setting the technical vision and ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy.
2. Architect and Design: Design and implement scalable and robust i
   OS architecture, ensuring optimal performance and maintainability as the app grows.
3. Develop Advanced Features: Develop and optimize advanced features in Swift
   UI and MVVM, creating a seamless and engaging user experience.
4. Champion Code Quality: Drive
   - quality code standards across the i
   OS team, promoting best practices in
   - oriented programming and MVVM.
5. Mentor and Collaborate: Mentor junior and
   - level i
   OS developers, fostering a collaborative and
   - performing engineering culture.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead technical architecture and design decisions for the i
  OS app.
• Develop and optimize advanced features in Swift
  UI and MVVM.
• Drive
  - quality code standards and best practices.
• Oversee the integration of critical SDKs and manage Apple subscriptions.
• Leverage analytics and A/B testing to drive user engagement and retention.
• Own the continuous integration (CI) pipeline and ensure smooth releases.
• Mentor junior and
  - level i
  OS developers.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in i
  OS development (we value experience, whether it's 3 years or 10!).
• Deep expertise in Swift
  UI, MVVM, UIKit, and
  - oriented design.
• Experience with JSON, REST APIs, Git/version control, and CI practices.
• Proven track record in managing Apple subscriptions and using analytics and A/B testing.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
