Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in IT project management, particularly in areas such as CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, DBA, and Dev
Ops best practices. The ideal candidate will have a general understanding of AWS cloud services and IT server infrastructure, driving technical projects from conception to completion while ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.

What You’ll Do
Lead and manage complex IT projects related to CI/CD implementation, automation, and infrastructure optimization.
Collaborate with
- functional teams, including development, operations, and infrastructure teams, to ensure seamless integration of Dev
Ops practices.
Oversee project scope, objectives, and deliverables while maintaining alignment with organizational goals.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including timelines, milestones, risk assessments, and resource allocation plans.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure IT infrastructure is scalable, reliable, and meets performance objectives.
Ensure compliance with security policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices in IT operations.
Identify potential project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging Agile and Dev
Ops methodologies.
Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to senior management and stakeholders.
About You
5+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on CI/CD, automation, and Dev
Ops practices.
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and automation tools (e. g. , Jenkins, Git
Lab CI/CD, etc. ).
Familiarity with database administration (DBA) principles, including performance tuning, backup strategies, and
- based database services.
General knowledge of AWS cloud services, and cloud networking concepts.
Experience managing IT server infrastructure projects, including virtualization, networking, and security considerations.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and
- technical stakeholders.
Strong
- solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving business needs.
Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies with experience working in iterative development environments.
