You will lead the homegrown HR benefit and compensation platform COIN, as the Service Owner from IT. Together with your team and the product owner’s from the business, you will be responsible for the global platform, performing Merit process, talent management, people administration, … As Service owner, you will lead a small team of internal developers and coordinate the external vendors for the application management services and the new developments of the tool.
