Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 4 years of experience as an IT Talent Acquisition or in a similar role.

Proven track record of successfully recruiting IT professionals.

Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.

Expert in Linked
In Recruiter and advanced sourcing techniques.

Proficiency in identifying and engaging passive candidates through Linked
In, social media platforms, and search engines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Your future role

Lead the creation and refinement of initial job requisitions, including revising job descriptions, documenting recruitment campaigns, obtaining necessary approvals, and ensuring the accuracy of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish, including extending offers, to secure top talent.

Collaborate with team members to identify and engage passive candidates through search engines and social media platforms when necessary.

Serve as a subject matter expert in the IT talent landscape, offering insights and data analytics to inform recruitment strategies.

Foster ongoing relationships with candidates, providing timely
- up, feedback, and communication to maintain momentum throughout the selection process.

Advise hiring managers on market conditions, candidate availability, and various recruitment options.

Conduct recurrent meetings with Hiring Managers to proactively address any obstacles to successful campaign completion.

Lead and participate in ongoing Talent Acquisition projects, including sourcing strategies, job fairs, internship initiatives, and University collaborations.
