Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

• Responsible for Vendor, Customer, Fixed Assets,   Material Master Data Management & Chart of Accounts: initiates, sets up and maintains data of all vendors/customers/fixed assets/material/ GL accounts;
• Assists and provides the necessary data (including documents, email, other information) required for controls and audits
• Provide
  - related work on Master data and
  - hoc reports extracted from the system in line with Service Level Agreement
• Ensure that all data is accurate in the local system and other databases/systems used
• Collaborate with other cross function departments to ensure the task is completed accurately and effectively
• Support the Team Leader to continuously improve services and data integrity
• Create and maintain the internal procedures, ensuring process documentation;

• You have educational background in Economics, Accounting, or Finance can be a plus
• You've got substantial knowledge working in SAP and MS Office (Excel, Word, Power
  Point, etc. )
• Ability to work under pressure and to respect deadlines
• Motivation and passion for learning, to work independently & collaboratively,
  - minded and proactive
• Excellent analytic, attention to details and time management skills
• You master very good difficult, sensitive and confidential matters
• Previous experience in Master Data/ Procure to Pay/ Accounts Payable/ Record to Report is a plus
