Senior Payroll & HR Consultant
We look for a colleague in our Outsourcing-Payroll team:
- With 3 – 5 years of experience in payroll & personnel administration;
- Relevant university degree (economic related preferably);
- Experience in outsourced services is also required;
- Solid statutory payroll, labor legislation and human resources knowledge;
- Experience in working with at least one payroll application;
- Ability to meet deadlines (handle stress associated with tight deadlines) and to manage uncertainty;
- Work independently and take initiative;
- Solid analytical skills, professional attitude, reliable and sociable;
- Candidates should be able to work in a multinational/ multicultural environment and capable to handle confidential information;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Romanian and English (French/ German are an advantage);
- Genuine desire to develop skills, motivation for professional development.
Specific skills:
- Solid statutory payroll, labor legislation and human resources knowledge;
- Experience in working with at least one payroll
- preferably DP payroll - Ability to meet deadlines (handle stress associated with tight deadlines) and to manage uncertainty;
- Advanced computer skills (MS Office, with emphasis on Excel);
- Good Project Management skills;
- Business-oriented thinking and approach.

- Solid analytical skills, professional attitude, reliable and sociable;

Responsibilities:
- Provide
- quality payroll services to BPO client portfolio; - Prepare statutory payroll statements and the related tax returns;
- Prepare reimbursement files to be submitted to the Romanian Health Authority;
- Prepare payment orders for the salaries, taxes and social contributions including operating in various
- line banking systems; - Assist the HR & Payroll Manager with
- end consolidation; - Liaise with staff and management on payroll related queries;
- Draft employment contracts, addenda, decisions and
- hoc personnel documents including preparation of certificates required by the employees (seniority, medical, bank etc. ); - Fill in, update and submit the Electronic Register of Employees (REVISAL) in due time;
- Prepare various reports according to relevant legislation and to the client’s policy;
- Offer specialized consultancy on labor legislation;
- Follow and keep track of all projects allocated.
