Are you ready to take your payroll expertise to the next level? Join our dynamic team as a Senior Payroll Specialist , where you’ll be at the heart of ensuring accurate and compliant payroll operations across multiple European countries. Your work will directly impact our employees’ experience while maintaining strong partnerships with our external vendors.

Your responsibilities

Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, provide knowledge on a range of payroll matters ensuring that the payroll service is maintained, and that the service levels are met

Performs duties that require an understanding of company policies, systems, and procedures with a strong level of customer service

Manage payroll data entry and updates, including new hires, terminations and salary adjustments and ensure the overall accuracy of employee data

Process and peer audit employee payroll data, payments, and hours

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of payroll data and financial postings

Oversee compliance with local labor tax, regulations and social security requirements

Respond promptly to employee payroll inquiries, providing clear explanations and solutions

Support audits and reporting by maintaining accurate records and documentation

Contribute to process improvement initiatives through standardization and automation

Establish and maintain corporative team working relationships

Maintain confidential information when required by legal and ethical standards of professionalism to ensure privacy of employee records

What you bring

Proven experience (4+ years) of
- ranging experience of international payroll processing, with a focus on European countries

Experience with ADP Celergo platform is an advantage

Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

High-level understanding of systems and how they interface

Exposure to a high transaction volume and
- task work environment required

Familiarity with Workday or similar systems is a plu

Strong interpersonal, organizational, oral, and written English communication skills required.

Strong interpersonal skills and capable of communicating with individuals at all levels and from various backgrounds/Good Team player
