Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance: Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to ensure applications meet the highest quality standards and align with business objectives.
• Issue Identification & Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues and application setup problems to prevent disruptions in the user experience.
• Service & Toolchain Integrity: Address gaps in the implementation of various services and processes across the entire toolchain to improve system reliability and overall performance.
• Test Strategy & Implementation: Work independently or with the team to define comprehensive test strategies for new features, ensuring they are fully tested across all scenarios.
• Test Case Design: Write clear, detailed test cases and prepare the required test data to cover a wide range of test scenarios effectively.
• Collaboration with Developers: Work closely with developers and architects to identify software defects, troubleshoot them, and contribute to their swift resolution.
• Production Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and assist with resolving issues in the production environment to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Guide and mentor junior QA engineers, promoting best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Technical Skills:

• Test Automation Tools: Proficiency in using tools such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, and others to automate tests across web and mobile platforms.
• Programming Languages: Strong knowledge of programming languages like Java, Java
  Script, or C#.
• CI/CD & Version Control: Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git
  Lab CI, Github Actions etc. ) and version control systems (Git).
• API Testing: Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman, Rest
  Assured, and Axios.
• Performance Testing: Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter or Load
  Runner.
• Browser Debugging Tools: Expertise in browser tools for debugging web applications and resolving issues.
• Agile Experience: Comfortable working in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and participating in sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with international and
  - functional teams to drive quality initiatives and achieve project goals.
  
  

Experience & Qualifications:

• Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of
  - on experience in QA automation testing, with a strong background in both web and desktop application testing.
• Business Understanding: Ability to translate business requirements into functional features, and further break them down into detailed test scenarios and test cases.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional focus on detail to identify edge cases and ensure all aspects of the application are thoroughly tested.
• Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills with a methodical approach to resolving issues.
• Software Architecture: A good understanding of software architecture, modular frameworks, and system integration.
• Test Data Preparation: Ability to understand complex data models and prepare appropriate test data and application setups for testing.
• Communication Skills: Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with experience communicating across international teams.

Nice to have:

• Mobile Testing: Experience with mobile test automation using tools such as Appium, Espresso, or XCUITest.
• Performance Testing: Exposure to performance testing and stress testing of
  - traffic applications.
• Containerization: Familiarity with Docker and containerized environments for testing purposes.

• Cloud Services: Experience with
  - based platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
