The Opportunity

This is a key position supporting the Finance Business Operation team. The Intermediation Accountant will be responsible for performing Clearing & Settlement activities for Worldline European locations, following Standard Accounting Policies and Procedures. As a Intermediation Accountant, you will be solving real business problems. You will use your accounting education to provide accurate data for your company — data that will be used in
- making.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

• Perform daily booking process and reconciliation services

• Monitor and review account reconciliation and other controls

• Analyses of differences discovered in the process

• Communication with German customers regarding accounting & reconciliation

• Monitor and analysis of foreign exchange gain differences

• Monitor exchange rate and currency conversion process

• Preparation of Monthly Fees and Institute Statements for German Customers

• Educational background in Economics, Accounting, or Finance
• Strong knowledge of Excel and SAP
• Ability to identify and define accounting problems

• Capacity to work under pressure and to respect deadlines
• You possess analytical and
  - solving skills
• Fluent English level (B2-C1) and conversational German level (B1-B2)
