As Senior Recruiter you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for various corporate, functional, and business line roles across the organization. This position requires a proactive and strategic recruiter who can effectively engage with potential candidates and ensure the best talent is selected to meet the company’s needs. The Senior Recruiter will act as a key advisor to hiring managers and play a critical role in delivering a
- tier candidate experience.
Your responsibilities
Recruitment Strategy Development - Partner with business leaders and HR teams to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies aligned with company goals.
Candidate Sourcing - Direct Sourcing of passive candidates through Linked
In and other channels. Leverage various channels (e. g. , job boards, social media, networking events, referrals) to proactively source and identify candidates for a wide range of corporate positions.
Full-Cycle Recruitment - Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, resume reviews, candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks.
Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics, providing guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
Candidate Experience - Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience by communicating timely updates, conducting interviews in a respectful and engaging manner, and providing feedback.
Data-Driven Decisions - Use metrics and data to track the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make informed recommendations for improvement.
Talent Pipeline Development - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs by fostering relationships with passive candidates.
Market Insights - Stay

Diversity and Inclusion - Promote diversity hiring initiatives and ensure recruiting practices align with the company’s D&I goals.
What you bring
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications preferred.
10+ years of corporate / agency recruiting experience, with a focus on
- level or niche positions. Previous experience in
- growth or
- paced environments is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Expertise in modern sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
Excellent organizational and
- management skills.
Strong negotiation and offer management experience.
Proficient with Workday
Familiarity with local and federal labor laws and recruitment best practices.
