Job Description

You will be part of the RPA community in Cluj, working with colleagues from different departments to drive automation forward.

Responsibilities:

• Design, code, test, deploy and document workflows using Ui
  Path;
• Lead
  -
  - end automation projects, from initial solution design to product deployment
• Build and maintain reusable components, libraries and frameworks to streamline automation development.
• Adhere to CI/CD pipeline deployment principles of RPA projects from development to UAT and production environments
• Provide solution designs to customers throughout the deployment of new deals, during POCs, and project implementation phase;
• Provide maintenance to the RPA processes.
• Be responsible for the overall testing cycles of the RPA processes.
• Implement
  - handling, logging, and reporting methodologies for RPA processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify new processes viable for RPA, and provide regular updates on project lifecycle
• Mentoring junior RPA developers and provide guidance on best practices, code reviews, and assist with technical issues
• Utilize Power
  Shell or Python scripts for advanced automation needs
• Adhere to security and compliance standards when developing RPA processes.
• Staying updated on the latest RPA technologies and trends, and presenting relevant information in technical knowledge sharing sessions.

• 4+ years of experience in RPA development, with advanced expertise in Ui
  Path, preferably with Ui
  Path Advanced Certification, or thorough understanding of Ui
  Path REFramework
• Proven experience in leading and delivering complex automation projects, including design, development, testing, deploying, and maintaining of RPA solutions.
• Strong experience with
  - based systems and services, mainly Azure
• Expertise in Ui
  Path products, Orchestrator, Integration Service, Document Understanding and API triggers.
