As a Success
Factors Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Success
Factors module/s in which you are certified, in order to optimize our clients' HR processes. Your deep understanding of Success
Factors functionality and HR best practices will be crucial in delivering successful projects and driving HR transformation.
What You'll Do:
- Implement, configure, and support SAP Success
Factors module/s. - Focus on optimizing clients' HR processes.
- Utilize deep understanding of Success
Factors functionality and HR best practices.
Your Responsibilities:
- Work in
- cultural teams on Success
Factors/SAP HXM solutions. - Handle requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting.
- Guide customers on SAP Best Practices.
- Lead Requirement Gathering Workshops & Trainings.
- Lead digital transformation journeys.
What You Bring:
- Over 3 years of experience in SAP Success
Factors. - Experience in
- cycle implementation and support projects. - Knowledge in various Success
Factors/SAP HCM Solutions. - Certification in Success
Factors module/s. - Good communication skills and knowledge in HR Business Processes.
