Roles and Responsibilities:Participate in analysis of incidents assigned, RCA of critical incidents and ensure to bring incidents to closure within SLA timelines. Participate in KT sessions and understand overall system/application infrastructure dependencies including integrations with other applications. Participate in health check monitoring of the application and logs for proactive/early detection of production related issues. Provide
- call support including weekends, holidays and out of business hours. Participate in building high quality code fixes and validate the fixes once deployed in production environment. Responsible for maintaining stability of individual modules/features like payments, articles, backend applications etc. Guide junior members in the team to participate in incidents and project processes. Skills /Competencies:2nd line IT support and troubleshooting experience
Experience with ITSM tools Knowledge about system architecture and modern integration solutions to be able to understand the complex IT landscape. Interested in learning new things and has strong analytical and logical thinking
