We have a fantastic opportunity for a Solution Architect to join our Product Development Organization based in Bucharest.
As
Solution
Architects in the Product Development Organization, we are primary drivers for making customers, field teams, and partners successful in their implementation and adoption of Adobe Experience Platform and Applications. We work with Adobe's strategic customers to ensure technical success, product adoption and advancement. Based on customer usage and feedback we identify and drive product innovation through the development lifecycle. We work to establish standard methodologies and technical guides for the broader Adobe ecosystem to increase product adoption, enablement and customer success.
What You'll Do:
Work closely with customers and implementation teams to understand functional requirements of specific use cases.
Guide insolutionarchitecture recommendations and provide enablement across applications and services to field teams, customers, and partners as a trusted advisor to help ensure customer success and scale the business.
Interface with customers, support teams, product and engineering to help resolve critical customer issues and drive product requests to resolution.
Author and deliver use case and implementation guides that serve as a reference for customer and partner implementations and integrations.
Find opportunities for product improvements and newsolutions through the implementation process. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to drive product advancement aligned to customer use cases.
Translate the product roadmap view into customer facing materials for
- going customer alignment. Track the status of roadmap items and present status changes and recommendations to executives and customers.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
Ability to drive strategy and discovery of customer use cases, functional and
- functional requirements.
Ability to coalesce and articulate strategic next steps, key action items, risks and considerations to drive project success forward.
Deep experience with enterprisearchitecture, experience with Adobe clouds andsolutions.
Good interpersonal skills with ability to work across business and technical partners. High level of energy, personal drive, and positivity.
Team oriented, ability to adapt to needs and demands of internal and external partners.
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively both verbally and in writing.
Ability to lead customer meetings and work streams, coordinating across internal and external teams to establish and manage expectations and progress.
Passion for new challenges and learning about industry and technology trends, inventive and able to absorb concepts quickly.
Technical curiosity to dive deep and learn the technology to resolve issues and establish technical credibility.
Outstanding analytical and
- solving skills including conducting research, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations.
Ability to provide holistic strategic direction coupled with a deep understanding of the tactical details to ensure project success.
Experience leading implementation efforts of business applications at large enterprise customers.
Experience interfacing with product and engineering teams to drive product advancement.
Familiarity with REST APIs (send/receive data to/from Platform in
- time).
Familiarity with web and mobile technologies; browsers, cookies, HTML, Java
Script.
Experience with advertising and customer experience technology (DMPs, DSPs, Ad servers, Ad Exchanges, Cross-Device Tracking platforms, Email systems, customer data marts, etc. )
Familiarity with data warehousing and customer data environments (including data storage, movement, security, CRM systems)
