ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The (Senior) Specialist, Project Management is responsible for managing multiple small to
- size projects through to successful completion. In addition to Project Management, this role will also assume responsibilities for managing tools to support key department processes for Project, Demand and Resource Management as well as Reporting.

• Project management, with the ability to navigate complex projects and deliver results that align with the company's strategic and operational objectives.
•  Continuous learner, versatile in Agile Development tools (e. g. , Azure Dev
  Ops, JIRA) and Reporting/Dashboarding tools (e. g. , Power
  BI, Tableau)
• Understanding of SCRUM and Agile Methodology

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY RESULT AREAS

• Manage a series of small to
  - size projects, including efficient coordination with
  - functional teams to capture requirements, deadlines, schedules and budget
• Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Responsible for managing tools that support key department processes in Project, Demand, and Resource Management, as well as Reporting
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including user stories, sprint backlogs, and release plans
• Attend or facilitate daily
  - ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Prepare and present project reports and metrics to stakeholders and senior management which clearly monitor and track project progress and address issues as they arise
• Implement project risk management plans to minimize project delays and cost overruns, ensuring that appropriate measures are in place to handle unexpected issues
• Collaborate effectively across the team, leading by example to cultivate a strong collaborative culture
• Act as a coach on how to use Agile/SCRUM practices and values to enable
  - functional teams to adopt agile ways of working to achieve complex outcomes

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are advantageous
• 3-5 years of project management experience, ideally within a technical or engineering discipline
• Agile Development certifications preferred
• A strong track record of successful project delivery, managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Effective management skills and analytical skills, capable of working both independently and collaboratively
• Experience in Project Management and Agile Tools (e. g. Azure Dev
  Ops, JIRA) as well as in Power
  BI or similar tools for reporting and data analysis is desired
