You will:

In this role be focused on ensuring a secure,
- quality digital experience for our partner's internal users. You'll lead initiatives and manage the roadmap for devices and Google Workspace, enhancing security and usability while aligning with scaled operational needs. With a strong emphasis on cybersecurity and efficiency, you'll tackle challenging tasks, take ownership of critical platforms, and play a key role in providing a reliable and
- friendly technology environment for all staff.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Implementing best practices, strategies, methodologies, and approaches to device and Google Workspace administration tasks and complex projects
• Developing repeatable standards and implementation processes to ensure product uniformity and quality
• Documenting, deploying, and improving new and existing features to continually improve internal user experience
• Deploying, maintaining, troubleshooting and monitoring our device management and Google Workspace platforms
• Working with our technology teams to review our current environment and ensure an integrated identity, device and Workspace security capability while driving a roadmap of innovation and automation
• Creating, updating, and maintaining on device and Workspace security policies and platforms, maintaining enforcement and automating application and patch management.

The following key skills and experience are required:

• Skilled in implementing and maintaining Mobile Device Management (Intune, Mosyle)
• Expertise in creating and optimizing Workflow/process automation (Tines, Automation for Jira)
• Experience at configuring and managing SSO setup and integration including SCIM
• Proficient in Software Asset Management Administration and Analysis (Flexera)
• Experienced in Saa
  S platform management and security posture monitoring (Slack, Miro, Team Retro, Thoughtspot, Tableau)
• Have advanced knowledge of Identity and Access Management and Privileged Access Management platforms (Google Workspace and Azure Entra ID)
• Experience in implementing  Allowlisting (application control)
• Experienced with  Endpoint Detection and Response and SIEM (Ninja One, Crowdstrike)
• Skilled in  Issue and Project Tracking (Jira, Jira Service Management)
• Familiarity with Cyber Asset and Attack Surface Management (Wiz, Axion)
• Fluent in Scripting languages such as Bash and Power
  Shell
• Bring an analytical mindset, strong systems thinking, and good judgment to navigate ambiguity and share learnings from mistakes to drive continuous improvement
• Have experience in scaling and automating technology operations for large user groups, focusing on maintaining
  - quality,
  - centric digital experiences
• Demonstrate commitment to personal and team growth by effectively conveying technical concepts to varied audiences with clarity and directness.
