Senior Talent Sourcing Partner
We are looking for a passionate Senior Talent Sourcing Partner, with endless curiosity and enthusiasm for searching the TALENT. As a Senior Talent Sourcing Partner you will be responsible for creating, updating, and implementing sourcing strategies by partnering closely with the Talent Acquisition Team across Europe for recruitment projects and other employer branding activities. You will be part of our Sourcing Hub working on roles across Europe and you will be reporting to the Talent Acquisition Leader of the Southeast Europe cluster. This role can be based either in Budapest, Hungary or in Bucharest, Romania. What will you do? Manage and prioritize multiple searches while Partnering with Hiring Managers and the Talent Acquisition team in order to understand talent requirements around Europe. Collaborate in designing and implementing strategic sourcing initiatives for roles identified as critical and niched. Be the owner of your own projects while sourcing, engaging, and screening passive talent by executing creative sourcing strategies. Act as an advisor on sourcing best practices related to sourcing strategy and make recommendations on candidate pools and recruiting techniques based on the market results.
