Role Description:
As a Serbian-Speaking Customer Support Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for our Serbian-speaking customers. From addressing inquiries to resolving issues and processing orders, you will play a vital role in maintaining high customer satisfaction. This is an on-site role based in Cluj-Napoca, providing a

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Assistance: Act as the primary contact for Serbian-speaking customers, handling queries via phone, email, and chat.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints and ensure efficient, satisfactory solutions are implemented.
- Order Handling: Assist customers with placing, tracking, and modifying their orders, as well as managing returns and exchanges.
- Account Support: Help customers navigate
- related issues, including password recovery, billing inquiries, and general troubleshooting. - Product Knowledge: Acquire
- depth knowledge of our product range to offer accurate advice and recommendations. - Escalation Management: Identify and escalate complex or unresolved customer concerns to relevant teams for further investigation.
- Customer Satisfaction: Follow up with customers to verify that their concerns have been addressed and that they are satisfied with the outcome.
- Record Management: Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and resolutions within the company’s CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure continuous improvement in customer service processes.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Serbian and English: You must have excellent command of both languages, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a
- facing role is an asset. - Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly and effectively address and resolve customer issues.
- Communication Excellence: Friendly and professional, capable of building rapport with customers while maintaining a
