EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

• Work with a highly experienced team of technical experts within the Premium Hub Co
  E RSD Unit
• Schedule remote Continuous Quality Check (CQC) services for broad area of topics
• Collaborate with teams in other regions and/or functions across the globe
• Support our front roles with their questions around our service portfolio
• Ensure capacity utilization within the delivery team
• Verify and solve service booking issues of global front roles
• Ensure business continuity through participation in regular test cycles for internal systems
• Be engaged on the latest technologies and SAP products
• Keep up with technological changes through continuous improvement, innovation, and automation
• Find learning opportunities in daily tasks by staying curious and open to new experiences that will improve technical and functional knowledge.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Degree in Economics, Information Systems, Computer science, Physics, Maths, Engineering or similar
• Proficient English language skills
• Technical inquisitive nature with strong analytical and
  - solving skills
• Professional and proactive approach to tasks
• Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with team members across the globe
