This role is responsible for managing each of Molson Coors key and strategic IT Service Delivery Providers ensuring adherence to the global configuration management process and ITSM tool platform management.
This position manages the ITSM tool and is its Subject Matter Expert. This includes managing foundational data, base tool functionality, upgrades, overseeing

- day support, and continuous improvement effort ensuring best practices and standards are followed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define, govern, and enhance ITIL based Configuration management processes and ITSM tool best practices/standards in Molson Coors. Oversees to ensure adherence and adoption driving compliance across multiple service providers.
- Analyzing end state goals, software/system requirements and implications to determine solution options and feasibility of solution development within time and cost constraints. Preparing design documentation.
- Coordinate across IT and service providers the operation of the process and best practices/standards, ensure prompt & accurate execution of key ITIL processes according to established standards.
- Leadership reporting and dashboards identifying trends, providing visibility and solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Service
Now issues. Provide support and request fulfillment. Contributes to decisions about tools, methods & approaches. - Key resource for Service
Now upgrades, evaluating impacts, solutions, and regression testing. - Investigates execution and ensures adherence to processes and best practices/standards. Identifies issues with execution, reviewing the efficiency and effectiveness of the controls.
- ITSM Tool Management - Includes assessing new releases, managing release projects, and providing direction regarding adoption of new features.
- Designs and configures/builds components as required or oversees technical design, build, test of services and solutions, and implementation as technical lead as appropriate coordinating with partners.
- Writes and maintains technical documentation. Leads leveraging tool technologies, such as reporting and dashboards to provide actionable business information from the ITSM tool.
SKILLS & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE
- Service
Now System Administration & Service
Now Advanced System Administration Certifications - Experience in Java
Script, HTML, CSS, Angular
JS, JSON and other scripting languages - Experience managing the Configuration Management process
- Understanding of ITIL Foundations version 3 or version 4
- At least 4 years of experience implementing, designing, and developing ITSM solutions in Service
Now; - 2 years experiencing working with multiple 3rd party service providers in IT Service Operations
Preferred:
- Technical-oriented degree, or equivalent work experience with technical product and application support across Customer Packaged Goods business processes.
- ITIL Foundation Certification. Thorough understanding of IT Operations, Service Management and ITIL best practices.
- Experience in Waterfall/Agile methodologies, frameworks and related tools
