We are currently looking for experience SI&OP Manager for Manufacturing Operations to join our team in Bucharest. You would be responsible for the execution of the monthly manufacturing SI&OP cycle while working closely with our various, international manufacturing sites.
Your responsibilities
Reports to Program Director, Manufacturing Center of Excellence
Leads the execution of the manufacturing SI&OP cycle based on defined governance, processes, and tools.
Establishes monthly planning reviews for each SI&OP pillar, demand planning, supply planning,
- SI&OP and executive SI&OP review.
Facilitates development of global capacity and constraints overviews.
Works collaboratively with the various manufacturing sites and supporting functions to identify supply gaps and resolutions.
Identifies process inefficiencies and proposes process improvements to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the SI&OP process.
Stays updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to demand planning and S&OP, and actively participates in professional development activities.
Works with FLSmidth Power
BI team to digitalize reports, improving the transparency across the organization.
What you bring
Minimum 3 years of experience in SI&OP, supply chain or supply planning.
Well-developed communication skills, both interpersonal and organizational.
Independent decision making and creative
- solving skills.
Experience with optimization in a manufacturing organisation with global footprint.
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
Knowledge of ERP system (i. e. Oracle). Analytical and
- solving skills.
Organizational agility and awareness.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
