Role Overview:
As a Slovak-Speaking Customer Support Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our Slovak-speaking customers. You’ll manage inquiries, resolve issues, and assist with orders, ensuring that every interaction meets the high standards we are known for. This is a
- time, on-site role in Cluj-Napoca, where you will be working alongside a passionate team in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Assistance: Serve as the first point of contact for Slovak-speaking customers, responding to inquiries through phone, email, and live chat.
- Issue Resolution: Efficiently handle complaints, concerns, and
- related queries, ensuring satisfactory solutions are provided. - Order Management: Assist customers with placing, modifying, and tracking orders, as well as handling returns and exchanges.
- Account Support: Help customers with account issues such as password resets, billing questions, and other troubleshooting.
- Product Knowledge: Become
- versed in our product catalog to offer accurate guidance and product recommendations to customers. - Escalation Handling: Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Customer Satisfaction: Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and to gather feedback on their experience.
- Record Maintenance: Keep detailed records of all customer interactions, queries, and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with
- functional teams to ensure the smooth running of customer service processes.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Slovak and English: Strong verbal and written skills in both languages are essential.
- Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer support or a similar
- facing role is highly preferred. - Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate the ability to think critically and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Excellent Communication: Friendly, professional, and able to engage with customers while providing practical solutions.
- Detail-Oriented: Accuracy is key, both in order handling and maintaining customer information.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and basic office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Multitasking Ability: Able to manage multiple customer queries and prioritize effectively in a busy work environment.
- Team Player: Willing to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to team success.
