Role Description:
As a Slovak-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for our Slovak-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries, orders, and resolving any issues they encounter. Your primary responsibility is to ensure our customers receive outstanding service at every touchpoint. This is an

Primary Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries from Slovak-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, concerns, and product questions, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Order Processing: Assist customers with placing, modifying, or tracking their orders, and help manage returns or exchanges.
- Account Assistance: Support customers with
- related queries such as password resets and billing issues. - Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings to guide customers and suggest relevant products.
- Escalations: When necessary, escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments for further support.
- Customer Satisfaction: Regularly follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback.
- CRM Updates: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service issues, and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to streamline customer service processes and ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Slovak and English: Strong verbal and written proficiency in both languages is required.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Capable of resolving customer issues efficiently and with a positive attitude.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally while building rapport with customers.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and accuracy in managing customer information and service requests.
- Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software and standard office applications like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
