At this moment, we have an exciting opportunity for a Snacks Consumer Insights & Analytics Manager , who will influence Pepsico`s Snacks Marketing strategy in Romania.
ResponsibilitiesOn this role, you will lead Romania`s Snacks Deploy Insights agenda:
Contribute to portfolio optimization & expansion plans: consumer appeal & reach of a new brands, sublines, size of prize etc. ;
S&OP process at particular stages (DMRs, PMRs, MBRs) bringing in the consumer perspective;

- usual decision making process per Marketing business questions;
- going cooperation with CE Category, DX shopper Insights and Sector/Global Insights teams.
