Position Overview
We are looking for a creative and
- driven Social Media Specialist to lead our social media efforts across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies, managing engagement, optimizing campaigns, and leveraging analytics to maximize brand reach and performance. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and technical expertise in social media management and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative social media campaigns across platforms such as You
Tube, Tik
Tok, Instagram, Facebook, Linked
In, and Twitter. - Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including text, images, and videos, that aligns with brand identity.
- Monitor and engage with followers, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner to foster community growth.
- Repurpose
- form content, such as You
Tube videos, into smaller, engaging pieces for various platforms (experience with Cap
Cut is a plus). - Analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta
Business Suite, and SEMrush, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies. - Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Tik
Tok Ads Manager, and Linked
In Ads. - Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to align social media strategies with broader business goals.
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Assist in developing and enforcing social media policies and guidelines to ensure brand consistency.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business across multiple platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and experience using tools like Meta
Business Suite, Google Analytics, and SEMrush. - Experience with paid media management across Meta, Google, Tik
Tok, and Linked
In. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines in a
- paced environment.
Nice to Haves
- Content Creation & Design: Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premiere Pro.
- Video Editing: Experience using tools like Cap
Cut for repurposing content across platforms. - Automation & Workflow Tools: Experience with Zapier, Airtable, or Make.com is a plus.
- SEO & Content Marketing: Understanding of SEO principles to optimize content for search and engagement.
- Project Management Tools: Familiarity with Slack, Trello, or other CRM/project management tools.
- AI Integration: Experience leveraging AI tools like Chat
GPT for content ideation and optimization.
Only candidates who achieve an 80% or higher score on assessments will be considered.
