Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging social media platforms to engage audiences, drive brand awareness, and foster community growth. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of social media trends and best practices. The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms to enhance our brand presence and achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Strategy & Management

• Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy across all official platforms: YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Discord, Telegram, and WhatsApp.
• Create a detailed editorial calendar to ensure consistent publishing of posts, stories, reels, and videos.
• Oversee the publishing process and continuously monitor content performance across platforms.
• Collaborate closely with the graphic design and video editing teams to produce engaging visual and video materials.

2. Organic Growth & Community Engagement

• Manage interactions with the community, including comments, DMs, and prompt replies.
• Plan and execute contests and giveaways to boost engagement and attract new followers.
• Implement cross-promotion strategies between platforms to support organic growth.

3. Influencer Partnerships

• Identify relevant influencers within the industry and recruit them for collaborations.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with current influencers.
• Coordinate influencer campaigns, including personalized promo codes, sponsored giveaways, custom landing pages.
• Track and analyze influencer campaign performance (traffic, conversions, reach).

4. Facebook Groups & Pages Acquisition

• Identify high-potential general interest Facebook groups/pages for potential acquisition or sponsored partnerships.
• Negotiate prices for acquisitions or sponsored posts.
• Strategically integrate our platform content within these communities through subtle posts and contests designed to drive traffic to official channels.

5. Performance Analysis & Reporting

• Use tools such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, and others to measure campaign performance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports that include: audience growth, engagement metrics, performance of paid and organic campaigns, recommend data-driven strategic adjustments to optimize results.

6. Paid Campaign Integration

• Work alongside the PPC Specialist to align paid and organic strategies.
• Develop content that complements paid ad campaigns (e. g. , teaser videos or creatives).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing social media accounts (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc. ).
• Advanced knowledge of performance analysis tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics).
• Strong written and visual communication skills.
• Experience working with influencers and managing external relationships.
• Ability to interpret analytics and propose strategic solutions based on data.
