Prepare regular reports that can be reviewed and actioned by other members of the Software Asset Management team;

Engage with and assisting internal clients with
- hoc reporting requests and enquiries, software downloads and license availability checks as needed;

Day to day running of software reclamation campaigns including managing the reclamation Share
Point site and software blacklisting process including identifying unauthorized installations, user communications and monitoring software removals.

All user communications and scheduling the uninstallation of software;

Running software asset management reports as needed to support the software asset lifecycle including compliance reports and usage reports;

Being the primary point of contact for application profiling related enquiries;

Supporting the application request workflow including performing license checks as needed;

Managing user access, ad hoc system tasks etc;

Bachelor degree in computer science/ information technology;

Demonstrable experience within an software asset management position;

Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Work, Excel, Power
Point) with a strong knowledge of Excel;

Any Publisher specific licensing certification;

Knowledge of asset management processes and procedures;

Solid knowledge of asset lifecycle and best practices;

Ability to manage multiple tasks interchangeably and to develop and create reports

Be highly process driven with strong analytical skills;

Self-motivated and results oriented with superior customer service skills

Superior customer service skills;

Ability to work within a team environment;

Ability to independently plan, organize and prioritize one’s own activities.

Certified Software Asset manager qualification;

SQL, or Python skills;

BI (Power BI/Tableau/Qlik) skills or certification;

Legal background.
