As a Software Quality Analyst working in our office in Cluj, you will be part of a team that works on Garmin Connect, the fitness and wellness application that millions of Garmin customers rely on. We are looking forward to meet a Manual Software Quality Analyst with Mobile testing experience , who is willing to contribute in an end to end product development environment.
Responsibilities
- Requirements analysis.
- Testing newly developed functionalities by using the appropriate testing techniques and methods.
- Review, maintain and execute test scenarios.
- Execute various testing types (functional, regression, smoke, etc).
- Developing and running effective tests to ensure product’s stability and performance.
- Work together with development team & provide constant feedback.
- Defect tracking and reporting using Jira.
We believe that collaboration leads to the best ideas, and we rely heavily on team interaction. As a hybrid role based in Cluj-Napoca, this position will require at least 3 days in the office each week.
Requirements
- Knowledge of software mobile testing (methodologies, techniques, practices, tools etc. ).
- A minimum of 4 years of experience, in working with mobile (i
OS & Android) applications. - Experience with requirements, user experience, test cases, defects and task tracking tools.
- SDLC / QA life cycle knowledge.
- Advanced English knowledge.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a prioritized way, attention to details.
- Good
- solving and communication skills.
Would be a plus
- ISTQB Foundation or equivalent
- Experience in managing and creating test cases in ALM Octane
- Experience with REST Clients (Insomnia) or similar tools.
- Agile / Scrum work experience.
- BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or another relevant field.
