Software Quality Assurance Engineer (all genders)
Your mission:
- You will help shape the products for the global future market in the field of renewable energies
- You will independently carry out existing software tests for our web applications and design new software tests for them
- You document the test procedures and provide valuable feedback on the current product quality
- You are responsible for expanding our test automation and designing quality assurance processes and procedures for embedding in our agile software development process
- Together with your colleagues, you will work on the continuous improvement of the product quality of our software products
- To this end, you will work closely with the respective development teams and collaborate on solutions for our customers
Your profile:
- You have successfully completed your studies in computer science, electrical engineering (or comparable) or have completed training as an IT specialist with relevant professional experience
- You are confident in working with Linux and would like to apply and expand your knowledge of the latest IT technologies
- Programming with Python is not new territory for you and you have mastered more than just the basics
- Knowledge of methods and processes in software quality assurance, test automation (playwright/selenium) and PV systems is advantageous
- You have a feel for error potential, usability and can put yourself in the shoes of our customers
- You like to develop your own processes, coordinate them in a team and implement them
- You enjoy working in a team on site and are highly committed to the end product
- Certification at ISTQB Foundation Level and experience with ISO9001 is a plus
- We require very good English skills, German skills are a plus
