Role description As a SW Test Tool technical leader, your main responsibility is to be the main interface for the team with the internal and external partners, develop the team on technical topics, assure delivery of the projects/work packages with the expected quality standards and planned schedule.
Tasks:
People
Integrate new team members and coach them.
Support in creating and following development plans for the people in the team
Support in the hiring process
Define strategy for his team (roles to be developed, competencies, etc)
Projects
Team directions: Automation, Modeling and Tool HW design
Automation: Vector tooling (CANoe CAPL), d
Space (Automation Desk), EXAM (good to know)
Modeling: HIL and SIL modeling (v
ECU) – Matlab/Simulink, NI, Softcar
Tool HW design: HW solutions for project needs
Plan & track the progress of tasks for the team members
Help solve impediments and foster improvements
Ensure delivery of the work packages in time and with the expected quality
Maintain close interaction with the stakeholders for the team’s projects
Involvement in case of
- alerts/high prio topics
Prepare and train test engineers in automation area
Participate in strategy definition on group level
