Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and experienced technical leader to join us as Solution Architect, leading the design, development, and implementation of customer Agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client engagement, solutions architecture, hands on development and be able to understand and convey complex technical concepts. This role is pivotal to our business, driving meaningful business outcomes for our customers using Agentic AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Build and mentor a
  - performing technical team of
  - sales and professional services engineers, overseeing the recruitment, development, and performance of team members.

-       Client Engagement: Lead evangelizing, selling and delivering Agentic AI solutions across various customer organization levels. Design reusable and custom  comprehensive solutions in complex enterprise environments.

-      Solutioning & Architecting: Translate business requirements into technical solutions and system architectures by creating detailed solution designs, data flows and integration points.

• Voice of Customer: Leverage and influence product team to ensure features and roadmaps enable success in region and boost sales effectiveness

-      Continuous Improvement: Use data and feedback to continuously improve processes, artefacts, tools and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience solution architecture preferably in AI or related fields
• Strong understanding of LLMs, AI agents, RAG and their applications in enterprise environments. Expertise in integrating AI solutions with typical enterprise systems like email/chats, ERP/CRM/HRM, IAM/LDAP, KM/Document Portals etc.
• Deep understanding of the business automation space using technologies such as RPA, Low/No Code platforms and Agentic AI vendors.
• Experience with integration technologies such as i
  Paas, Webhooks, APIs and files
• Strong understanding of typical business processes and the ability to dissect them into tasks, inputs and outputs.
• Strong conceptual and practical knowledge of data in various formats and how they can be ingested, labeled and retrieved in a secure and authorized manner.
• Strong core business skills; ability to think strategically and execute methodically, with deep analytical and
  - solving skills.
• Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical product organization with a rapidly expanding customer base.
• Prefer candidates with an understanding of software plus services businesses.
• Experience working in fully remote teams is a plus.
