Senior Solutions Delivery Consultant for the Healthcare Sector

Hospitals around the world are facing significant challenges. They are feeling pressure to improve the quality of care and increase accessibility while optimizing costs and care delivery. They are looking for partners to help them address their clinical, operational, and financial challenges. To meet their needs Boston Scientific introduced the Healthcare Solutions & Partnership team to develop new capabilities and a business strategy that drives
- term profitable partnerships.

In this context, we are looking for a Sr. Solutions Delivery Consultant who will drive the implementation of the best possible solution to fulfill our key customer’s needs, in the context of a commercial deal or project agreed. This will be supported by a broad portfolio of targeted solutions programs and software platforms that have been developed to address a variety of common needs for healthcare providers across the EMEA region

About the role

The purpose of this role is to deliver our suite of solutions to our targeted customer segment that includes analyzing performance departments, clinics, and care networks and participating in the resulting projects to improve patient access, increase throughput of targeted therapies, and reduce overall cost while improving patients and staff satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Leading therapy development or performance optimization projects for customers
• In collaboration with the Solutions Architect, establish a project charter and plan for each engagement component with clearly stated and
  - upon goals & objectives.
• Own execution of some of the components of a Solutions offering as part of a contract or mission, in coordination with a Solution Architect and clinical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with colleagues within the Solutions Delivery Team to define, plan, and execute the implementation of projects and service programs for Healthcare Solutions customer hospitals.
• Bring domain expertise, such as Lean 6 Sigma, marketing, analytics, change management, and digital/software platform implementation to the delivery of
  - driven projects
• Core member of Solutions customer account delivery teams and participate as needed in the commercial process for potential engagement opportunities as a domain expert
• Work with Cluster Solutions Delivery Leader to refine delivery methodologies, optimize outputs, and share learnings and best practices
• Track and report on key metrics to the Cluster Solution Delivery Lead, aligned with overall goals & objectives.   Ensure that gains and savings are accurately tracked for the customer.
   

What are we looking for in you?

• Proven experience in project management and consulting activities, preferably in a healthcare setting, over several years.
• Experience in developing Therapy development programs for hospitals including marketing strategy definition and execution.
• Good understanding of Lean 6 Sigma and process optimization methodologies as well as strong analytical base skills to be able to resolve complex issues in creative ways.
• Strong communicator internally and externally able to articulate clearly to a varied group of stakeholders both verbally and through
  - compiled slides/dashboards
• Builds networks and partners collaboratively with peers.
• Creative thinker, comfortable in challenging existing practices and the status quo.
• Change-oriented, able to operate in an area of uncertainty and with changing/limited resources.
• Experience in the implementation of digital platforms within hospital/clinical settings preferable
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree, or MSc (preferred), in a technical or clinical subject
• Proficient level of written and spoken Russian and English; additional language would be a plus
