Your Day-To-Day:

The
-
- day activities are various, and each day has unique challenges. Routine is not part of our work.

Daily activities include:

• Design and build components for various PTC solutions

• Develop software applications for specific customer IOT use cases by using Thing
Worx and related technologies (MS Azure cloud, AWS, Kepware, Vuforia, Influx DB etc. )

• Enhance our IOT platform by creating new extensions for backend,
- end and integration

• Work with PTC partner companies and key customers worldwide to ensure their successful projects with Thing
Worx

• Learn and practice cutting edge technologies – machine learning, augmented reality, cloud connectivity

• Act as a trusted advisor for technical questions on architecture, development and product features from partners and customers

Your Skills and Knowledge:

Must Have:

Proven working experience in Java development

Experience with developing web applications – Java
Script, REST, Ajax, CSS, HTML

Experience working with relational databases – Postgre
SQL / SQL Server / Oracle / My
SQL

Communicative and collaborative attitude

Good English skills.

Nice to have any of below skills:

Experience with Azure Cloud or AWS

Experience with Virtual Machines, Docker, Kubernetes , No
SQL databases, microservices architecture

Experience with Java
Script frameworks (e. g. Angular, React, Polymer, Aurelia, Node. js etc. )

Experience with embedded or mobile devices

Previous practice with Git
Hub, Git
Lab, Maven, Gradle, Jenkins.

Previous work experience using agile practices
