We are seeking a highly accomplished Supply Chain and Sourcing Manager with relevant years of expertise to lead and optimize
-
- end operations in Strategic Sourcing , order fulfillment, Spend Management, Contract Management supplier management, Supplier Negotiations for cost and cash. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven ability to manage
- value spend, foster supplier partnerships, and implement transformative solutions that enhance operational excellence and customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing: Lead procurement activities for a supplier base of 100+ vendors, managing an annual spend exceeding $80 MN with a focus on cost optimization and quality assurance

• Order Fulfillment Leadership: Oversee daily operations, including order processing, inventory management, and logistics, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business objectives.

• Contract Management: Monitor and manage the adoption and compliance with existing and new supplier Agreements, Eliminate spend leakage Ensure effective communication, training and implementation of existing and new supplier Agreements

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with sales, order management, and supply chain teams to address customer needs, resolve outages, and ensure timely deliveries.

• Supplier and Demand Management: Develop strategies to manage
- cycle demand, maintaining
- time delivery rates above 95% and aligning procurement activities with business priorities.

• Process Transformation: Drive continuous improvement initiatives through lean methodologies, Kaizen events, and
- solving reviews to achieve operational excellence.

• Digital Innovation: Implement digital and process transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency, improve KPIs, and support scalability.

• Inventory Optimization: Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages and minimize deadstock, ensuring effective inventory control across multiple categories.

• SOP Development: Establish and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for procurement, inventory control, and logistics operations to meet organizational goals.

• Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.

• Performance Reporting: Track and present key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior leadership for
- making and strategy alignment.

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• BE – Mechanical/Electrical

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• BE Mechanical/Electrical with Relevant years of experience in supply chain management, strategic sourcing to optimize

• Should have experience on dealing with commodities like MRO, Tooling (Engineered Tooling, Hydraulics) with repairs services

• Demonstrated success in managing
- value procurement portfolios and supplier relationships.

• Expertise in lean methodologies, process improvement tools, and digital transformation.

• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and develop teams in dynamic environments.

• Excellent

- making, and negotiation capabilities.

• Preferably Green Belt and APICS certified.
