Your role
We are seeking a dynamic, creative and passionate Spa Manager to join our team. As Spa Manager, you will be mainly responsible for finance daily activities and reporting to headquarters Finance Controller. This is an excellent opportunity to gain

Your Journey
Customer Experience
* Ensure all guests receive exceptional service across all spa facilities.
* Handle
- level guest issues and complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
* Maintain high standards of service and cleanliness and compliance measures across all spa areas, including pool, jacuzzi, saunas, salt room, beauty salon, and nail salon.
* Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure consistency.
* Oversee the development of personalized service plans for guests, ensuring each guest’s preferences and needs are met.
* Implement and manage loyalty programs to enhance guest retention.
Operations
* Recruit, train, and supervise all spa staff, including head therapist, attendants, and receptionists.
* Develop staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage and efficient operation of all spa areas.
* Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
* Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of all spa facilities, ensuring a safe and inviting environment.
* Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to address and resolve facility issues promptly.
* Manage inventory of all spa products and supplies, ensuring timely reordering and minimizing waste.
* Collaborate with vendors to source
- quality products and negotiate favorable terms.
* Develop and implement strategies to drive business revenue from multiple sources, including treatments, retail products, and facility usage.
* Set sales targets for various spa services and products, and provide incentives for achieving them.
* Collaborate with the hotel’s marketing team to create promotional campaigns and special offers.
* Utilize systems data to target specific guest segments with personalized promotions.
* Train staff to effectively upsell and
- sell treatments, services, and retail products.
* Develop bundled service packages that offer value and enhance the guest experience.
* Oversee the spa’s budget, managing costs to ensure profitability.
* Analyze financial performance, identifying areas for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
* Implement measures to control expenses and optimize resource utilization.
* Monitor and manage labor costs, inventory expenses, and other operational costs.
* Prepare regular financial reports, including profit and loss statements.
* Present financial performance and strategic plans to hotel management.
* Ensure all spa facilities, including pool, jacuzzi, saunas, and treatment rooms, are
- maintained and in good working order.
* Schedule regular maintenance and repairs to prevent facility downtime.
* Ensure the spa complies with all health and safety regulations and standards.
* Conduct regular health and safety audits, addressing any issues promptly.
* Develop and implement emergency procedures for the spa.
* Train staff on emergency protocols and ensure all safety equipment is readily available and functional.
Development
* Research and introduce new treatments, services, and wellness programs to keep the spa competitive and appealing to guests.
* Stay informed about industry trends and advancements to continuously improve the spa’s offerings.
* Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for all spa staff.
* Encourage continuous professional development and certification for therapists and other spa personnel.
* Collect and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement.
* Implement changes and new initiatives based on guest input and industry best practices.
System & Software Management
* Oversee the use of the spa’s software to ensure efficient appointment management and minimize scheduling conflicts.
* Implement strategies to optimize booking slots and reduce

* Ensure accurate recording and management of guest information in thes ystems
* Use systems data to personalize marketing efforts and improve guest retention.
* Monitor sales performance using the spa’s systems.
* Generate and review financial reports to track revenue, expenses, and profitability.
What do you bring to your trip
- Proven experience as a Spa Manager or in a similar role within the wellness and hospitality industry.
- A deep understanding of spa and wellness operations, customer service excellence, and team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of wellness trends, beauty treatments, and traditional therapies.
- Exceptional organizational and financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, analyze performance metrics, and drive sales.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to inspire your team and create memorable guest experiences.
