We are looking for German and English speaking Sports Customer Support (on-site) to join our team of game-changers, interacting with top brands in the fields of tech, finance, travel, fashion, health, and more.

What You'll Do In This Role

As a Customer Support in the field in our team, you will:

• Analyze and manage customer requests
• Respond promptly to queries and suggestions
• Provide chat, email and telephone support
• Continue to learn and develop your career through our ongoing training programs

Your Qualifications

Concentrix is the ideal match if:

• You have advanced knowledge of German (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2)
• You are proactive, motivated and solution-oriented
• You have good PC skills
• You are available to work shifts from our office in Bucharest
